Kristin graduated from the The University of Massachusetts Amherst with her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. She spent several years providing sports specific training to Athletes of all ages. She then found her passion for Physical Therapy and went graduated from The University of St. Augustine with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kristin has taught fitness classes for years and is a comprehensively trained rehabilitative Pilates-based Physical Therapist. Kristin specializes in sports-based Physical Therapy as well as postpartum care. Whether it be an orthopedic or neurologic condition that you are experiencing. Kristin uses mind-body connection in order to optimize movement patterns and restore function. Kristin is a runner and has completed several half marathons around the South Coast. You can find her in the Pilates studio, lifting weights or on a spending time with family and friends.
